My client is looking for an Assistant Accountant to assist in production of monthly management accounts for 3 hotels and 1 management company and all associated nominal ledger tasks.

My client is a Hospitality Real Estate Management company based in Central London.
Description
Finance duties:
- Assist in production of monthly management accounts for 3 hotels and 1 management company and all associated nominal ledger tasks
- Assist in the production of quarterly management accounts for 6 property companies, most holding single assets and all associated nominal ledger tasks
- Manage the debtors ledger for all companies specifically the hotels
- Prepare and submit VAT for all the above companies
- Managing purchase ledger payments
- Weekly Bank Reconciliation
- Reporting on Debtors and creditors
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong accounts background, good working knowledge of Sage Line 50 and be experienced with VAT.
