Senior Finance Manager

Senior Finance Manager needed for a hugely innovative and fast paced solutions company based in Oxfordshire. With 20 years in the market, this market leader is making a real impact in their chosen field, partnering with global brands that are at the forefront of technology. With considerable investment into new suite of products and services, the future is incredibly bright for this brand. Working within a team of c20, you will support the Accounting Controller and Finance Director in up skilling the finance team and ensuring the team is well structured to benefit from scale.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Own the month end close process include monthly review
• Own the Management Accounts preparation, including consolidation of group companies
• Create insightful and accurate information for the board pack
• Monitor the inventory and stock accounting levels group wide.
• Help embed a Revenue Recognition process within the team
• Contribute to the completion of the Statutory Accounts
• Assist in the production of the annual budget process
• Manage a team

To be considered for the role, you will need to be a strong leader with a track record of managing transactional teams. You will be personable and driven, with a real passion for growth. We are looking for a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACMA) who is able to demonstrate maturity in their communication style, with the gravitas to progress within the team when opportunities arise. With success and constant innovation, there is a strong change ethos in the business and candidates must be comfortable with this.
