This retail business have a great Accounting and Finance function who add real value day to day, by successfully partnering with operational areas of the business
Description
- Control of the management accounts production to include; journals, misposts, accruals and prepayments
- Analysis of variances with full commentary, cost drivers and sales trends
- Balance sheet reconciliations and month end preparation work
- Intercompany accounting of costs
- Budget and forecast formation and involvement in 5 year strategic planning
- Business partnering with operational teams
Profile
- To apply for this role the successful Part-Qualified Commercial Accountant must demonstrate the following:
- ACCA or CIMA part qualified studier in the latter stages or finalist level
- Relevant practical accounting experience to fulfil the role
- Effective communicator
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong EXCEL (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, data manipulation)
