This is a newly created position as the business has continued to grow over recent years with solid growth plans for the future. The right Financial Controller for the role will have excellent team management skills and experience already of managing a team. You will be a strong people person and enjoying working in a fast paced, commercial environment.
Description
As the Financial Controller you will ensure the integrity and protection of the company's assets with robust controls and procedures. You will ensure accurate Management reporting of the Company performance. As this is a newly created role there is real scope to make your own mark and lots of process improvements and projects to get underway. This will be an exciting opportunity to work closely with the business in highly commercial role.
Profile
The right candidate for the role will already have:
- Finance team management experience
- Professional Accountancy qualification e.g. CIMA/ACCA
- Retail industry experience would be an advantage
- Ideally, experience of financial management within a group company environment.
Job Offer
£45k-£50k + Car/Car Allowance + excellent benefits.
