Group Finance Manager

An exciting new role has arisen with my client, a growing Private Equity Backed Group. They are currently recruiting for an outstanding individual to join the team as Group Finance Manager.

Responsibilities will include:-

• Monthly internal and external reporting
• Audit and stat accounts
• Tax - VAT, corporation tax, PSA etc
• Treasury - admin, cashflow forecasting, forex hedging, payment approval etc
• Project work incl. system development
• Budgeting and forecasting - P&L and balance sheet/cashflow
• Balance sheet control
• Management of the financial accounts and ultimately ledger teams
• Bank liaison and reporting including covenants

The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified, and have ideally have experience/desire to work within a Private Equity backed environment.
