VP Finance

Our client, a leading international financial services organisation based in central London is seeking a VP Finance for its international entities outside of North and South America. 

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to, supporting and business partnering the Regional CEO
• Lead and develop a strong finance team (based London and overseas)
• Key role in the senior leadership team, helping to drive the bottom and top line growth of the business
• Developing and implementing wider corporate, economic strategies, objectives, and policies for the Company’s International operations
• Key leadership role in the offshore SSC
• Prepare reports that summarise and forecast the Company’s international business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based upon past, present, and expected operations
• Preparation of international budget and establishment of monitoring practices to ensure compliance
• Prepare monthly consolidated Financial Statements of the International operations deliverable to US headquarters
• Provide management with timely reviews of the organisation’s financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.

Candidate Profile: 

• Graduate and qualified accountant
• Extended sector experience within international financial services, money transfer or retail banking is essential
• Experience in motivating and developing a supporting shared services organisation.
• Flexibility to manage effectively across different cultures and with employees, agents and others of diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Capacity to work well in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

Package: base salary and car between £115,000 - £130,000 plus package 

Travel: 30% International Travel
