Our client is one of the largest commercial asset management companies in the North of England.
They manage over a 100 sites across this region and have ambitious plans to grow the portfolio which includes a recent acquisition in Cheshire.
To support the continued growth, they now have a new requirement to recruit a Finance Manager for the South Manchester site. The role will join a small autonomous team and provide the operation with management accounts, financial reporting and commercial analysis. It will also be extensively involved in the management of significant capital investment across the site. This will include the financial management & governance of major projects, as well as the review of commercial viability and options for sales deals.
The preferred candidate will be a qualified ACA ideally with some exposure to an asset management sector business. More important though, are excellent systems and communication skills combined with an ability to focus on customer service and build business relationships.
