Finance Manager

We are currently recruiting an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager, to join a successful and hugely profitable Manufacturing and Distribution company based in the Oldham area. Joining a family run SME on a full time, permanent basis, you will be part of a secure and valued team. This role is a newly created position to support the Financial Director in the continued growth of the company.

The role will include numerous duties including:

• Producing full monthly Management Account packs
• Variance analysis with overview and commentary of actual against budget.
• Responsibility for the day to day running of the transactional accounts office
• VAT Returns
• Cash flow forecasting
• Complete forecasting and budgeting process
• Presenting monthly figures at board level
• Dealing with company advisors - banks, accountant, HMRC
• Complex foreign exchange movements
• Manage and develop 2 direct reports
• Preparing Y/E figures and matters for the auditors.
• Composing effective accounting reports summarising accounts data.

You will ideally be ready to come in and hit the ground running - making the position your own within a stable and well established company.
