Finance Director
The Opportunity:
I am working with a Private Equity backed Restaurant multi-site business that are looking to bring in a Finance Director to help gear the business towards a possible exit in the next 2 years.
They have ambitious growth plans to increase the amount of sites by 40% in the next 2 years.
The business have also brought in other Senior Management individuals to increase the quality of the business.
This is a great opportunity for either a first or second time FD to go through an exit and gain equity.
The Role:
As the Finance Director you will work closely with the Managing Director who is a very high calibre individual regarded highly in the sector to drive the business forward and increase the sites. You will be the only other person on the board apart from the MD and Private Equity Investors. You will also be on the Board with an industry expert who has been through multiple exits in the multi-site industry. You will look to challenge the budgets, forecasts and business as a whole in the way they work to bring more extensive rigor to the investment appraisals. You will also be an essential part in creating the roll out programme with the property individual in the business.
The Requirements:
To apply for this role you will need:
- Restaurant/multi-site/leisure/hospitality industry experience
- You will have previously gone through a sale/exit process
- You will have developed processes and procedures to improve efficiency
- You will be either ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Private Equity experience is essential
