Axon Moore are working with a leading brands to recruit a Site Finance Manager. This role is a number 1 finance role for a large facility, a member of the senior leadership team, working closely with the site GM to provide financial support and challenge operations. Key responsibilities will induced:
- Decision support – Business Partnering the GM, supply chain, operational and other site managers
- Delivery of KPIs, co-ordination of site budgets and forecasts
- Pro-actively drive cost reduction initiatives
- Maintain financial controls at site with a good level of governance
- Supervision of one Management Accountant delivering the monthly numbers
- Working with sales teams on bids, tenders and pricing
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Accountant with experience of working in a manufacturing facility (any manufacturing sector considered). You will be a confident individual with gravitas, capable of working alongside senior stakeholders from all departments, as comfortable walking the shop floor as you are in the board room.
