Robertson bell Finance are recruiting an Interim Senior Development Accountant for a large property development organisation based in East London. The role is due to last for a period of between three and six months and is a new role within the finance team.The main responsibilities of the Senior Development Accountant will be managing excel based business plans and appraisals, complex fixed assets reconciliations, consolidated management accounts and business plan analysis.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant and have strong excel ability (Macros desirable, V Look up etc essential). Previous property/ construction experience is essential for the role as is my client needs someone to hit the ground running. The ability to work under your initiative and work within in a new role is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation going through a large change project.
