Group Financial Controller

A Financial Controller job based in a distribution company based in Chesterfield paying up to £50,000.

Your new company
Based in the North Chesterfield - Sheffield area, this growing logistics company have multiple sites throughout the UK. They are experiencing a period of high growth and looking to develop the finance team through the addition of an experienced Financial Controller.

Your new role
As the number two in Finance you will be very hands on initially, looking at the Management Accounts and reporting systems whilst understanding the business in more depth. The role will see the improvement of a recent system implementation project whilst standardising procedures and policies across several sites. The role will have several direct reports and as such you should be internally focused on the development of the your staff.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you must be fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with a strong balance between commercial and technical finance. A background in professional practice is preferential but not essential, whilst having a hands-on attitude to work is essential. Further details to be discussed upon application.

What you'll get in return
In return for a challenging and rewarding position you will receive a salary in the range of £45,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience. A strong, appealing benefits package is also on offer with additional information available on application.
