Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

This dynamic and well-known international travel business is seeking an ambitious and 'hands on' Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to take full responsibility for all aspects of the budgeting and forecasting process and to lead on the development of newly implemented software.

In this highly visible role with extensive exposure to senior management you will play a key part in the organisations exciting growth plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the financial planning, analysis, forecasting and budgeting processes and developing new reports and models as appropriate
• Delivering improved management information, including enhanced board packs and weekly reporting
• Managing the development of newly implemented forecasting software and business partnering with internal and external stakeholders around this
• Continuously driving improvements and efficiencies across the business

The successful candidate will be an ambitious and 'hands on' qualified accountant with a strong analytical mindset, comfortable operating in a fast moving environment. Proven experience of leading the financial planning, analysis and forecasting process is essential and exposure to developing and improving forecasting tools would be highly desirable.

You will be confident, with strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to pro-actively build relationship in a fast paced environment.
