Finance Manager

This finance role working for a global organisation is to provide financial and business partnering support to a division of this global company. The role will involve:

Business partnering the unit managers, offering valuable advice and support.

Continually improve the quality, accuracy and timeliness of financial information to key stakeholders

Coordinate the closure of the operational month end accounts to the set deadline.

Ensure that all operational month end accounts are accurate and have a full understanding of any deviations from flash /budget and any future impacts of current deviations

Prepare reporting packs for the unit managers to assist in the month end reviews with Ops director and GM Finance

Ensure all internal/external weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports are complete and accurate prior to submission

Continually challenge the financial results with unit managers

Assist in setting, monitoring and upkeep of operational KPI's, highlighting any issues

Ensure all financial processes are robust & relevant in the unit accounted for

Assist in commercial reviews

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant and will have used SAP before. This is a 9 month contract role.
