Senior Management Accountant

An expanding manufacturing business are currently recruiting for a strong willed and straight talking Management Accountant who has experience in Costings and Commercial Analysis. This well run and successful business are looking to add an individual who will play the key role in strategically developing an integral division of the business.

This individual will be tasked with analysing past performance in order to influence the future direction and performance of the business. This person will scrutinise all areas of the business, including operations and production in order to direct senior management where key costs can be reduced and more efficient process and strategies can be implemented.

You must be able to push back against Senior Management in an environment that whilst being demanding, is close knit and welcoming to those who are determined and driven to succeed. Previous experience in a business where costing or contracting is important is essential - as is the ability to manage cash and forecast and re-forecast on a regular basis.

Experience is integral over qualifications - though these would be welcome. For the right type of character, this is a career defining move that will only progress forward due to the inevitable expansion of the division.
