Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity. Newly created and working directly with the Finance Director, you will be involved with everything from working with the acquisition and development teams to source and appraise prospective developments, working directly with investors, presenting to banks, raising equity capital and liaising with current and prospective customers. As this business continues to grow, you will be required to be agile with your experience of the real estate market. Competitor analysis, business planning and operations team partnering all make up large parts of the role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong academics and a sound technical understanding of accountancy from recently completing your ACA, ICAS or CIMA accounting qualification. Importantly, however, you will be ambitious and have enough drive and motivation to take on a business opportunity that is away from pure accounting and into a real operational and strategic role that can yield great rewards in the future. Extensive Excel modelling including a knowledge and interest in real estate from an investment banking, private equity or advisory position highly advantageous.
