Finance Manager
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role is wide ranging and will give the successful candidate experience in management accounts, balance sheet control, KPI analysis, and operational involvement in the businesses. The business is highly progressive and an excellent career path is available for individuals looking for an industry career.
The role will involve:
- Responsbile for the monthly preparation of division P&Ls, balance sheet reconciliations and KPIs;
- Attend and lead weekly meetings at each business;
- Maintain and provide analysis on general ledger accounts;
- Assist with all aspect of the finance function;
- Improve systems and controls to ensure all risks are appropriately addressed;
- Ensure that the weekly sales and payroll forecasting process is followed;
- Responsibility for the purchasing system and lead the IT system roll out
- Ad hoc projects
The role is ideal for someone who is interested in making their first move out of practice into industry. You will possess strong IT & communication skills, and comfortable with working to deadlines and targets. Excellent progression prospects in this dynamic business.
