Interim Head of Finance

Our client are a private equity backed healthcare business that are expanding quickly. The Finance Director requires an interim financial controller to manage a small finance team.

Your duties will include:

Preparation of statutory accounts

Monthly management accounting and preparing budgets

Preparation of group reports

Cash flow forecasting

Preparation of budgets and reviewing regularly with operational heads.

Improving processes controls and systems

You will be a qualified accountant with experience of working within a private equity backed business. This is a highly visible role within the business and will require attendance at regular management meetings
