Business Analyst

The SF Group are currently recruiting a Senior Business Analyst for our Midlands based client. This is a wide ranging role that will see you play a leading role in a range of projects and develop key relationships with senior stakeholders in a highly transactional environment. Your remit will include:

• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Work with the business to identify appropriate scenarios
• Schedule scenario workshops
• Effectively facilitate workshops including planning and preparation of inputs, producing agendas plus capturing and communicating outcomes in a timely fashion
• Ensure escalation process is instigated where required
• Map existing and future state processes
• Input to test cases and test scripts
• Model and forecast as is versus to be staffing requirements
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure their inputs are obtained and they are appropriately informed of activities
• Take part in scrum ceremonies and associated Agile activities
