A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual to join this Kidderminster based manufacturing business as the Group Accountant. We are looking for a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant who has experience of both USGAAP and Sarbanes Oxley.
The purpose of the role is to support the Group Financial Controller to ensure that all aspects of work associated with the consolidation of monthly management accounts, USGAAP (quarterly and annual), rolling forecasts, annual budgets and statutory accounts are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of division reports, including commentary and analysis
- Assist with preparation of the annual statutory reports
- Dealing with the group’s external and internal auditors
We’re looking for strong communicators who can work effectively with overseas colleagues including senior management. You will also be required to make decisions relating to financial issues, identifying them at an early stage.
