Your new company currently has six sites, with scope to expand to ten within the next six months. There will be significant growth pumped into the business over the following three years and will be looking to turn the company from under £10million to around £35 million.
You will be the main finance contact for the business and will report directly to the CEO.
Qualified Accountant
Manager one accounts clerk
Must have multi-site accounting experience where they have had there own P&LS
*Preparation of weekly and monthly management information
*Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to all external stakeholders
*Management of Debtors, payables and payroll
*Implementation and control of companies management systems for each nursery
*Financial integration of new companies as they are acquired
*Company statutory books and records
*Companies House and HMRC
