Description
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Business Development
- Continuous client relationship development
- Liaising with clients on corporate finance needs including raising finance and disposals
- Market research and compiling target company information
- Assisting with the preparation of financial information to support a wide range of corporate finance areas including management by-outs, acquisitions, disposals and fund-raising
- Prepare business plans and develop forecasts
