Description

As a Financial Accountant based from the Farnborough, Hampshire office you will be responsible for:

As a Financial Accountant, you will be assisting with all the internal and external reporting requirements for the Real Estate Solutions (RES) business and report into the Financial Accountant

This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skill set and progress within the wider business.

  • Preparing monthly management reports and Hyperion input of actuals and forecasts
  • Consolidating the Costbase Reporting
  • Preparing Fixed Asset records and reporting
  • Providing support during Integrated Business Planning and budgeting process
  • Preparing monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations and collating month end reports
  • Preparing Statutory Accounts, iXBRL Accounts and tax packs in line with Group timetables
  • Inputting into governance process
  • Liaising with Group Tax assisting with the preparation of tax disclosures and computations
  • Assisting with statutory, group and controls audits
  • Managing the RES Delegation of Authority process

    • Profile

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA part qualified or relevant experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Financial accounting experience
  • Experience in preparing statutory accounts and involvement in audit processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with FRS101 and IFRS reporting would be beneficial not essential
