Financial Accountant

Robertson Bell Finance are pleased to be working closely with a renowned Not for Profit organisation in London to recruit a Financial Accountant. This opportunity arises itself to someone who is keen to develop and progress as my client embark on ways to improve their reporting processes.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the main duties of the Financial Accountant will be; Oversee the VAT compliance and corporation tax for the whole organisation then report this on a quarterly basis to senior management. Working closely with the Financial Controller at Year End to consolidate all month end reports to ensure the budgets have been spent accordingly throughout the year. Identify and spot trends aiding new strategic ways to improve controls and procedures then implement the changes to speed the financial reporting processes.

The successful candidate will be part qualified and actively studying. You must have an excellent eye for detail and be able to identify errors at the earliest possible stage to avoid any costly errors. The environment is ever changing so you must have the ability to multi task and prioritise workload.
