Commercial Finance Manager

A global media company are looking for a commercial finance manager to lead improvements in a high growth team

Your new role
This new hire is a big step forward for the team as they look to really push the commercial outputs of the finance function. The successful applicant will take charge of one of the organisations major profit centres and will therefore play an integral role in the overall success of the organisation.

Duties will include

Business partnering with operational business leaders and budget holders
Managing budgeting and forecasting process
Supervision of team of 3 ensuring delivering of monthly management accounts
Implement improvements to sales commissions process and partner with Sales Director to look at KPIs
Early stage M&A


What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate could come from a large or small business but will need to be able to clearly demonstrate commercial input and where they have added long term value. A desire to work with budget holders and be a true 'face of finance' would be essential in order to build the appropriate relationships to add value.
You will need to be a qualified accountant who has operated in a commercial role previously, although you will not need to of come from a specific industry background.
