Finance Manager

Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a well established business based in Bristol. This is a great opportunity for the successful Finance Manager to work in a dynamic environment under new management.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage all aspects of the month end close process, ensuring accurate month and YTD management accounts
• Ensure variances to budget/forecast understood and actions identified to eliminate variances to plan
• Budgeting and forecasting processes
• Finance Business Partnering with various stakeholders
• Business partner for multiple budget holders across several cost centres
• Responsible for key balance sheet reconciliations
• Drive efficiencies in various areas to improve reporting and minimise manual efforts

• In order to be considered, you will ideally:
• Be a qualified accounting professional (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA)
• Have worked in a fast paced environment
• Be capable of liaising with stakeholder at varying levels
• Had used a large finance system/ be a more than competent Excel user

• Start: ASAP
• Rate: £225pd - £300pd (depending on experience)
