Finance Manager - Hertfordshire

Supporting the MD and overseeing a team of 3, this is a key role within the business to provide all aspects of financial support.  You will be responsible for the management accounts preparation, annual budgets, forecasting, year end accounting and liaison with auditors. You will be a strong people mentor to manage your team, as well as team player who can work effectively within a small office.  This role would suit someone with a "hands on" approach who flourishes in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
