Financial Accountant

Financial Accountant required by Central Birmingham Organisation for 6 months

Working with this Central Birmingham Organisation you will be part of a large Team supporting them through their year-end.

Your new role
As the Financial Accountant you will be responsible for the delivery of statutory accounts, liaising with auditors, working across the organisation to improve the flow of financial information. As part of this role you will manage a small transactional team, production of annual statutory statements, submission of statutory returns, provide financial advice to senior management and support the monthly management accounting process.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Financial Accountant will be a qualified accountant with proven experience within a Financial Accounting role, ideally within a Public Services Organisation. Have experience of managing a small team with strong communication skills to challenge senior management within the Organisation.
