Finance Business Partner

This is a key role leading finance and assisting the Financial Controller on Global Services Labour Cost and headcount activities. 

The role is high profile with regular exposure to senior members finance team. On support functions the role holder will lead on core finance activities including month end, budgeting, and compliance as well as providing business partnering support. Leading the aligned Shared Service team and working with wider Global Services Geographies teams to achieve deadlines, provide insight and analysis, driving improvements in the P&L and ways of working.

The role will also support the Financial Controller on TLC activities and ad-hoc requests proving the opportunity to gain a wider knowledge of Global Services, and be the key point of cover for the Controller

• Lead the Shared Service team on month end close activities for support functions.

• Lead on the planning and budgeting activities for support functions

• Supporting the Controller on TLC activities

• Lead on compliance requirements

• Ad-hoc activities as needed

Key Skills required. 

• ACA/ACCA PQE 1-4 years.
Strong accounting skills, fully qualified accountants only! 

• Stakeholder Management Skills – Ability to create positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives

• The candidate would need demonstrable strong influencing skills

• Candidate would need proven financial and business insight skills – ability to present this commercial stakeholders.

• Candidate would need Commercial awareness by having a good understanding of the business challenges and opportunities
