Senior Finance Business Partner

Key responsibilities will include representing the business from a commercial finance perspective with leading retail partners, aligning the requirements of finance with the retail business function, leading and developing sound financial strategies and annual operating plans, monitoring and managing both business and financial performance, developing business cases to maximise performance, driving change activity within the retail business area, engaging with senior leaders and developing a network of sustainable business relationships, leading and contributing to a wide variety of finance projects.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with an excellent academic record and previous insurance sector experience. Applicants must have proven ability to work with the wider business and interpret the business implications of complex financial data. Leadership experience is important and strong Excel skills are essential.
