CFO

A rapidly expanding company in the media sector are currently looking for an experienced CFO to take the lead across the finance and operational departments. 

This role will entail a refreshing range of projects and duties day-to-day in this newly created role. Working closely with senior leaders and the CEO will take precedence, but you will also be expected to play a visible role in the finance and operation teams. Developing a first-rate finance function, advising on business strategy and building exceptional relationships throughout the business are all part of the essential remit.

Summary of duties:

• Managing the finance team
• Working closely with operations to establish key drivers within the business
• Developing and coaching existing staff members to improve current reporting
• Improving working capital controls
• Improving the effectiveness of costings

This exciting opportunity would suit a talented CFO with at least 8 years’ experience at a senior level.

You will need to be a hands-on leader, with a thorough understanding of the media sector. To be successful you will need to be an inspirational manager, a driven senior team player, and an expert on leading companies through growth from a financial and operational perspective.
