Finance Manager required by Worcestershire Organisation to manage finance team

As the Finance Team Leader you will be working with a large National Organisation joining a large Finance Service Delivery Team.

Your new role
As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing a team and supporting a number of stakeholders with financial advice. The successful Finance Team Leader will organise and motivate the service delivery team in ensuring financial expertise is delivered within contractual targets, conducting meetings with specific department heads, providing support on budgets - planning and management - support with year-end closure and financial returns and giving general finance advice and support.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Finance Manager will be AAT Qualified or Part-Qualified CIMA, ACCA, with experience of managing teams and delivering technical financial advice to non-finance Managers. This is a key role within this Organisation's Finance Support Team and requires excellent communication skills, strong accounting knowledge and team management experience.
