Treasury & Cash Management Team Leader

My client, a highly successful business, is looking for an organised and analytical individual with proven experience of supporting, developing and getting the best out of people within a financial setting. Working in a fast paced environment at the company's Head Office located in Liverpool, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Treasury and Cash Administrators, ensuring that all daily activities are completed in a timely manner whilst meeting tight deadlines.

Reporting to the Transactional Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring any discrepancies are dealt with promptly and escalated correctly when required
• Performing Route Cause Analysis (RCA) when necessary, providing updates to the Transactional Manager
• Working closely with suppliers on Letters of Credit payment terms and ensuring that correct processes are followed
• Encouraging the development of the Treasury & Cash team
• Performing monthly 1-2-1 meetings
• Setting monthly and annual objectives to drive team performance
• Facilitate monthly team meetings
