Strategic CFO- Technology based Healthcare Firm – London-  100k – 120k - Permanent

Circle Square Talent is currently seeking a qualified CFO for a well established Technology based Healthcare firm based in London.  Looking for a strategic CFO, who is capable of driving clarity on critical capabilities, focusing investments, and championing innovation.

Strategic CFO- Technology based Healthcare Firm – London-  100k – 120k - Permanent
Key duties will include but are not limited to:

• Strategic vision and a commercial approach
• Financial accounting and accounting standards
• Taxation and other relevant legislation
• Accounting and management information systems
• Being objective and neutral in decision-making
• Interacting appropriately at all levels within the organisation
• Providing constructive support to directors in the development and analysis of initiatives/financial proposals
• Communicating and presenting complex financial information to internal and external audiences and at different levels
• Worked for businesses across the whole business life cycle (start-ups, companies looking at various stages of fund raises and sales to VC or PE)
• Well versed on commercialisation and exit strategies
• Strong on negotiations and developing the strategies behind new revenue streams;
• Management of finance functions up to 15 or so
• Confident with investor relations, managing debt providers and structuring internal processes to manage cash

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
• Previous sector/ industry experience
• Good interpersonal skills with "can do" attitude
• Advanced IT modelling skills
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• High attention to detail, organised, able to manage own time and workload
