CFO

CFO – US App – London-  £100,000 - PermanentI am shortlisting for this today and tomorrow.

This role will act as the right hand person to the CEO. We are not looking for someone from a large company background but someone who has expertise with early stage tech/app based companies and someone who has a clear understanding of building a business and exit strategies. Ideally we would like to see someone whose CV reads like like an eentrepreneur's. You may have worked with VC funds working as their financial expert building out scalable platform.

Circle Square Talent is currently seeking a CFO for an App based business  based in London. 

Key duties will include but are not limited to:

• Strategic vision and a commercial approach.
• Financial accounting and accounting standards.
• Taxation and other relevant legislation.
• Accounting and management information systems.
• Being objective and neutral in decision-making.
• Interacting appropriately at all levels within the organisation.
• Providing constructive support to directors in the development and analysis of initiatives / financial proposals.
• Communicating and presenting complex financial information to internal and external audiences and at different levels.
• Involvement with fund raising 
• Building of metrics

Experience Required:

• Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Must be passionate for tech.
• Good interpersonal skills with "can do" attitude.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organised, able to manage own time and workload.
