Our client are positioned at the forefront of their industry sector, with a reputation for designing and manufacturing the highest quality of product. Reporting to the Financial Controller duties will include;

Preparation of weekly forecast and weekly cash book including payments
Pay authorised expense claims including coding and input onto system
Purchase invoice matching and processing – to include matching delivery notes to invoices, posting invoices with the help of second Finance Officer and a part time additional assistant
Assisting the Cost Accountant with editing stock sheets to be issued and stock sheet input
Responsible for Purchase Ledger Control with the help of second Finance Officer and an additional part time assistant.
Responsible for preparing Weekly Purchase Ledger Payment Runs
Responsible for the upload of invoices into a CID Facility
Responsible for the daily reconciliation of the CID Facility
Completion of the Monthly VAT returns including Intrastat and EC Sales lists
Completion of PL Statement Reconciliations
Assist the financial controller cost accountant with various finance projects and initiatives including Monthly management accounts and departmental budgets
Liaison with auditors
Liaison and co-ordination with operational departments
