Senior Internal Audit Manager
This International Insurance business has a key role within its Internal Audit team for a Senior Manager to manage not only the work and performance of their team but also the senior stakeholder relationships with the business. Reporting to the Head of Audit you will be a key member of the risk and control environment and going forward a possible replacement for the role above.
You will have the following skills and characteristics
ACA/ACCA/CII qualified
Have an insurance background from a Broker/Syndicate/GI
Strong interpersonal/Communication/Reporting skills
Have managed audit staff previously
A strong track record of dealing with Senior Stakeholders and busilding relationships
Have leadership qualities and vision to develop and improve an Internal Audit team
