My client is looking to add a Financial Analyst to their ever growing FP&A function; ideally the successful candidate will posses excellent excel and communication skills and have experience of working in larger companies.

My client is a large organisation, experiencing significant growth, with offices in Crawley.
Description
- Supports the production of monthly standard performance reporting
- Supports the planning process to deliver the budget and latest forecasts on time
- Leads in the development of new reports and KPIs from board level to operational
- Provides inputs to the monthly business performance management meetings
- Supports the monthly risks and opportunities cycle management
- Ad-hoc support to the wider finance team.
Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Excellent excel skills (macros, pivots, V-Lookups)
- Excellent communication skills in order to build relationships with senior management
- Excellent systems skills - with the ability to act as a "super-user" on any given system
- Strong financial / management accounting and analytical skills.
Job Offer
A competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
