Finance Director

Your new role
Locally you will be the number one in finance and be responsible for a broad scope of responsibilities. Working closely with the Managing Director and Directors on implementing the local strategy, you'll be required to prepare the various business unit plans and communicate these to international offices. Still involved with core financial reporting, cash flow and working capital management, you'll be responsible for all finance functions and statutory responsibilities. Team management plays a part too leading the small finance team, as well as working with HR to provide commercial support on general people strategies.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong academics and have a recognised ACA or ACCA accounting qualification. You will have a passion and interest in construction projects in addition to relevant experience working in a construction or related professional services consultancy business. Being able to demonstrate your experience of working with a senior board are key. Knowledge around project finance and the nuances of a time billing company are key, alongside excellent communication skills, energy and charisma to fit into this dynamic environment.
