An exciting new opportunity has risen for my client, a leading property based lending platform in Kent who are looking to appoint a Credit Underwriter.
As an experienced credit underwriter, you will join a growing organisation and will be responsible for the end to end sales process.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Dealing with inquiries from brokers,
- Carry out due diligence checks
- Asses credit worthiness
- Dealing with valuers & solicitors requests
The ideal candidates will have previous exposure to peer 2 peer lending / bridging loan platform.
Due to the nature of the company, candidates from a retail background will also be at an advantage.
Credit underwriting experience is essential for this role.
