Finance Director required for growing Retail organisation paying £65,000-£75,000

My Client is a fast growing retail & wholesale organisation. Having seen the company grow considerably over the last 5 years, they are now seeking a Finance Director.

Your new role
In this newly created role, you will be tasked with leading the finance function, managing a team of 7 in which accounting rigour and best practice will be imparted. The role will work in tandem with the organisations MD in driving the future growth strategy. A key emphasis will be placed upon driving the commercial growth plans & ascertaining new markets to penetrate, alongside driving organisational change as the business continues to grow.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with retail exposure and prior experience of working within and import business. You be able to maintain a hands on focus within the finance team alongside the ability to deliver top level commercial decisions and interact at a board level.
