Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be working with this market leading, global business based in Merseyside who are seeking to appoint a finalist/newly qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) based at their new state of the art premises.
Due to the continuing growth and expansion of the group they are looking to hire a Group Accountant based at Head Office to support the business and specifically be head office contact for a number of the overseas, European subsidiaries. This role is one that will grow and will suit a finalist / new qualified ACCA/CIMA accountant.
Duties will include:
- Financial accounting and reporting from overseas subsidiaries - assisting with the provision of timely monthly financial statements, statutory accounts and management reporting
- Review and challenge the management accounts, analysis and commentary on year to date movements and KPI reporting providing insightful analysis to assist with decision making
- Monitoring overseas cash flow forecasts and capital expenditure
- Providing technical accounting guidance to overseas subsidiaries as required and resolving any query issues
- Assisting in and own production of other ad-hoc management reports such as the strategic management plans, capital expenditure plans, financial reports
