Badenoch & Clark are partnering a growing business located in Reading for the recruitment of a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is a new position which will focus on providing improved on site financial and management control.
The new Finance Manager will have a dual reporting line with the Managing Director and Non-Exec Finance Director on financial matters.
You will be responsible for managing an external book-keeper ensuring the financial records are kept up to date.
Other responsibilities include:
- Monthly review and finalisation of the monthly management accounts including review of accruals and prepayments
- Day to Day cash management including weekly, monthly cash forecasts
Day to Day Management of creditors and payments to suppliers including liaison with supplier contacts.
- Key liaison to the senior Management and key business stakeholders
The ideal candidate will be a part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA OR ACA), have tight controls of cash forecasting, excellent spreadsheet skills, strong stakeholder engagement and experience in SAGE Line 50.
