A leading Retail business with a strong brand globally are currently looking to bring on a number of high calibre individuals to make up a newly formed Property Finance team. This team manages a sizeable property portfolio and is tasked with driving and executing its strategy throughout the UK. Through this, the team will receive unrivalled opportunities to network across the business with high profile individuals.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Business partner effectively throughout the company to provide investment appraisals for new stores as well as making sure key financial information is highlighted in the reports.
• Maintain capital investment models to reflect the latest operating plans – providing effective analysis and commentary.
• Developing reviews of existing projects to ensure financials are on course.
• Weekly performance reporting for property development and refurb teams.
• Ensuring effective KPIs are in place.
• Budgeting and planning for new and existing store openings and refurbishments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant with 0-2 years PQE to join a brilliant team within an outstanding business with genuine, continued growth potential.
