Multi Channel Finance Manager

Role - Finance Business Partner     Location - Stoke-on-Trent     Salary - £50,000 to £60,000 + benefits

Frazer John Recruitment Finance Division is recruiting for a well-established manufacturing/retail business in their search for a Finance Business Partner to work out of their head office based just outside Stoke.

The Finance Business Partner will need to be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified with a strong academic background. Advanced Excel skills are absolutely crucial as is the ability to manipulate/interpret data and create financial models. The Finance Business Partner will need to be extremely customer focused and be able to communicate and present to all areas of the organisation. Any exposure to investigating both retail and ecommerce sales would be a distinct advantage. An ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task is absolutely essential. Key duties for the position will include:-

• Lead on budgeting and forecasting
• Business partnering with various other departments and providing key analysis
• Manage analytics to drive sales within retail outlets and ecommerce
• Provide analytical support and key metrics to the global retail and ecommerce teams
• Review and improve KPI analysis
• Identify and recommend on methods to increase sales volumes analysing both pricing and promotions
• Ad-hoc project work

This is an extremely commercially focused role within a fast growing business and this role will have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic organisation across various divisions of the business.
