FP&A Team Leader

oOwnership of all forecasting and budgeting: weekly, monthly, ad hoc
oProduction and ownership of divisional dashboards - financial & KPIs
oGlobal sales and margin analysis & explanation within division
oIdentify system, process and commercial improvements
oWork with compliance function to ensure tax, legal and commercial compliance across division
oSupport Global Finance Team
oDevelop and manage Finance Assistant
oAd hoc requests and support to Divisional FD and Exec

Required:
oQualified accountant, CIMA/ACCA or ACA preferred
oStrong financial analytical experience demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
oExcel modelling skills to a high level
oAble to prepare and present financial information in a simple and meaningful way
oExcellent communicator - written, presentations and verbal
oAble to work calmly under pressure to deliver tight deadlines
oHighly motivated individual who thrives in a culture of high achievement and success
