Interim Finance Manager

Interim Finance Manager required to take an operationally focused finance position with a leading Midlands based business. Taking ownership of one of their key business areas, you will be responsible for analysing, monitoring and reviewing the performance of the business. You will work closely with the operational community to assist commercial improvement and support strategic plans to ultimately help aid growth and profitability. You will also support the regional budget and forecasts, capex projects and development of their financial controls and procedures.

To be considered for this role you will ideally be a qualified accountant or finalist, with operationally focused finance experience. You must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and influence the non finance community. You must have strong financial analysis skills and commercial awareness. This is an interim to permanent opportunity so will ideally be immediately available or available at short notice.
