Your new company

Is a Luxury Retailer based in Central London that is currently going through a huge amount of growth and development. They are looking to recruit a new Financial Controller to help continue building on the company's success. Established in the last decade this company is looking to assert itself as a market leader in its field. So hiring the right individual that can bring new ideas to the business will be key. This is a newly formed role that is the result of the companies rapid growth.


Your new role

As the new Financial Controller you will be over seeing the running of the Finance team as well as working alongside the CEO of the company. In this role you will be involved with all aspects of the Finance function as well as helping to streamline and improve systems and processes. Due to the speed at which the company is growing a large part of the role will be business partnering with the CEO to maximise the companies resources.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant with experience in the Retail sector. The right candidate will be technically strong with a good head for business partnering that has the ambition to develop a growing brand.
