A Global Wholesale Business is looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their growing finance department.
Reporting directly to the Senior Management Accountant as a Management Accountant your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain accuracy of accounting information and balance sheet including all inputs into journal entries
- Preparation of a number of intercompany accounts
- Accounting for a large number of facility costs for ten plus entities
- Calculation and preparation of accruals across various areas of the balance sheet
- Calculation and preparation of prepayments and prepayment charges to the P&L for both general and specific prepayments
- Partnering with budget holders to ensure budget holders understand their numbers
- Maintenance of standard accounting journals with support for all journals
- Support in preparation of Statutory Accounts
- Provide adhoc support to management accountants and operations
Candidates will be Graduates with 3 years experience within an Accountancy function.
Candidates must have a solid understanding and exposure to preparing a set of management accounts.
The candidate will be ACCA/CIMA Studier.
