I currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join a growing Manufacturing business in North Devon. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be a technically minded qualified accountant. This position would suit a candidate looking to make their first move from Practice:
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Compliance to statutory requirements
- Ensure that the Division is Sarbanes Oxley compliant
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting of results, financial statements, forecasts
- Provide liaison and co-ordination between Locations and Division to ensure consistency in accounting and forecasting
The successful candidate will:
- Have a good understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Have experience gained within a manufacturing environment
- Have an understanding of Sarbanes Oxley
- Have the ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise their own workload
Salary - £30,000-£35,000
